Industrial automation

Turnkey automation, without the vendor gaps.

Integrated mechanical, electrical and software engineering to build automated systems, robotic cells and production lines for customers worldwide — from the first schematic to the day your line hits rate.

Capabilities

Six disciplines,
one delivery team.

We combine mechanical understanding, electrical engineering and controls software so responsibility never falls between two suppliers.

An automated manufacturing line combining robotics, conveyors, sensors and control cabinets.
01

Electrical Engineering & Design

ePlan P8 and AutoCAD drawings, power and control circuit design, PLC I/O planning, safety system architecture and CE/UL-compliant documentation.

02

Controls Development

Sequence logic, motion control, alarm management and robot-vision integration across Siemens TIA Portal, Rockwell/Allen-Bradley, Beckhoff and Mitsubishi.

03

SCADA & Plant Visualization

Real-time dashboards, historian data logging, trend analysis, OEE monitoring and MES/ERP integration that gives supervisors a live view of the line.

04

Robotics Programming

KUKA, FANUC and ABB path programming, offline simulation, TCP calibration and safety validation — integrated with vision and conveyor systems.

05

Panel Manufacturing

PLC control panels, MCC/PCC units and VFD panels, fully wired, labelled and FAT-tested before they leave for site.

06

Commissioning & Support

Global onsite installation with mechanical-electrical coordination, I/O validation and operator training, with virtual commissioning shortening the onsite phase.

Machines & systems

What we have
engineered before.

Two decades of special-purpose machinery and handling systems across automotive, packaging, warehousing and process plants.

Delivery model

How a turnkey project runs.

01

Concept & feasibility

Process study, cycle-time targets, layout constraints, safety category assessment and a costed concept before commitment.

02

Detailed engineering

Mechanical interfaces, ePlan schematics, I/O lists, safety architecture, panel design and BOM release for procurement.

03

Build & panel FAT

Panels wired, labelled and functionally tested against the I/O list; robot and machine assembly progressed in parallel.

04

Software & virtual commissioning

PLC, HMI, SCADA and robot programs written offline and validated against a digital twin — collisions and sequence errors resolved before shipment.

05

Site installation & SAT

Mechanical-electrical coordination, I/O validation, safety testing, dry cycles, then production trials and line balancing.

06

Ramp-up, training & handover

Operator and maintenance training, documentation pack, ramp-up support and an agreed support arrangement going forward.

Why KNEO

One partner carries
the whole scope.

The risk in a turnkey project sits in the gaps between suppliers — where the machine builder, the panel shop and the software house each hold a piece and none of them holds the outcome. We hold all three, which is why responsibility never falls between two contracts.

Everything under one roof

Mechanical understanding, electrical engineering and controls software in a single delivery team — from the first schematic to the cloud dashboard. No handoffs lost between vendors, and no argument about whose scope a problem belongs to.

Proven before it ships

PLC, HMI, SCADA and robot programs are written offline and validated against a digital twin. Collisions and sequence faults are found in simulation — not on your floor, with your line stopped and your people waiting.

It does not stop at handover

We build the automation and we build the platform above it. MAPP connects the cell we just commissioned to plant-wide OEE, quality and traceability — so the line arrives already able to tell you how it is performing.

Commissioned where your line is

Engineering industrial automation since 2003, across more than thirty countries. Scale our engineering capacity to the project without hiring overhead, and modernise existing plant by retrofit rather than replacing what still works.
